Delete your account

Permanently erase your Naurality account and everything tied to it. Naurality is published by Initi Solutions AB.

Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

  1. 1Open Naurality.
  2. 2Tap Library in the bottom bar, then tap Settings (the gear icon).
  3. 3Tap the account card at the top of the screen.
  4. 4Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Or request it by email

If you have already uninstalled the app, submit the email address you signed in with. We’ll verify the request and erase your account within 30 days, then confirm by email.

Used Naurality without signing in? Guest accounts are anonymous and have no email address we can look up, so this form cannot find them. Delete your account in the app using the steps above — it works for guests too.

What is deleted

  • • Your account record and sign-in identity
  • • The email address, name and profile picture Google shared, if you signed in with it
  • • Your preferences stored on our servers
  • • Your practice history — completed sessions, minutes listened and streaks
  • • Your listening progress through each experience
  • • Your library — the shelves you created and every bookmark in them
  • • The goals you picked during onboarding, held on your device

Settings held only on your phone — reminders, playback preferences, subtitles and haptics — are removed when you uninstall the app.

What is kept, and for how long

Purchase and subscription records

If you ever subscribed, we must keep the transaction record — plan, dates and amount — to meet Swedish bookkeeping and tax obligations. It is retained for 7 years from the end of the financial year in which the purchase was made, held separately from your account and used for nothing else. Google Play and RevenueCat also keep their own records of the transaction under their respective policies.

De-identified diagnostic reports

If the app recorded a crash or error while you were using it, the technical report — error details, device model, operating-system version and app version — is kept so we can fix the problem, with the link to your account removed. It cannot be used to identify you.

Your deletion request

If you used the form on this site, we keep the email address and the date of the request for 12 months as our record that it was made and honoured.

If you have an active subscription, remember to cancel it in Google Play as well — deleting your account does not cancel Play billing.
